are similar to picking lists in terms of picking and shipping items to the customer. Picking lists are used within inventory management, which is less complex than warehouse management.

Displays the inventory transactions for the output order.

Opens the following submenu items:

  • - Displays the inventory transactions for the item or the lot.

  • - Shows the on-hand inventory for the current item by inventory dimensions.

  • - Shows inventory transactions on the current lot.

  • - Reserves inventory on-hand.

  • - Selects which inventory dimensions should appear in the actual form.

Opens the following submenu item:

  • - Used when the inventory order cannot be delivered, and you want to transfer the control of inventory transactions back to the original owner (sales order, production, inventory journal).

Identification of the inventory order.

Lot number for the transaction that the inventory order concerns.

Item number that the inventory order concerns.

Select an item configuration to specify an item with specific attributes.

If you work with purchase and sales orders, you cannot change the item configuration when you have updated order transactions, for example during registration, packing slip, and invoice updates.


View the size of the item.

View the color of the item.

View the warehouse in which you will store your items.

Total quantity for the inventory order.

Order type for the inventory order.

The following options are available:

  • - Used to support the output of items from inventory.

  • - Used to support internal displacement of items in inventory using pallet transports.

Shows which module the inventory order originates from.

The number of the reference specified in the field.

Identification of the customer who is to receive the items. This is relevant only if the inventory order refers to a sales order.

Status of the inventory order.

The following options are available:

  • - A quantity is not attached to a shipment.

  • - Full quantity is attached to one or more shipments, but part of the order has not been completed.

  • - Full quantity has shipped.

Displays the Batch number dimension.

Displays the location inside a warehouse.

Unique ID for the pallet (Serial Shipping Container Code).

View the serial number dimension.

View the delivery date for the inventory order.

Mode of delivery indicates the means of transport used when delivering an order from seller to buyer. Modes of delivery are printed on customer invoices.

View the conditions for carrying the item from seller to buyer.

Free on board (FOB) is a term of sale that identifies where risk and responsibility passes from seller to buyer.

You create terms of delivery in the form.

You can also create terms of delivery for customers and vendors in the and forms.


Optional freight zone information.

You can specify a freight zone that is used to manually calculate freight expenses.

The list enables you to request a pickup via UPS for . You transmit the request to UPS and the UPS driver takes the return label to the pickup location and picks up the package and returns it to your company. Note that the list is relevant only for orders.

The portion of the total quantity that has not yet been attached to a shipment.

The portion of the total quantity that has been attached to a shipment, but whose inventory order has not been reserved yet.

The portion of the total quantity that has been released for consignment but which has not yet been shipped.

The portion of the total quantity currently being shipped.

The portion of the total quantity that has been shipped.

Select if item tagging is mandatory.
