View reservations on the capacity of the work center or group selected. You can see the date the reservation was made and other important overall information, including reference, number, type, and times reserved.

General

• View the requirement version in which the selected reserved capacity has been generated (if the reservation was based on Master planning).

• Check the work group, work center number, date and load type.

• Check the percent of the maximum available capacity that has been reserved for this capacity reservation, the scheduled or reserved properties and the start/end time of the reserved capacity.

Reference

• Check references to see if the capacity reservation was generated from a production order, planned order, or a project.

• Check the job type that reserved the capacity and the priority of the operations on the Work center. Priority is used for simultaneous operations. If you are not working with simultaneous operations priority always shows as Primary.

Date

Work center reservation date.

Reference type

The following reference types exist:

• Production- Reservation generated based on a production order that has at least been operations scheduled.

• Planned order- Reservation generated based on Planned order (report).

• Project- Reservation generated based on a Projects (form).

Reference number

Number of the reference that created the reservation.

Type

This field shows the load type. The following options exist:

• Operations scheduled- reservation made based on a production order with the status operations scheduled or an operations scheduled production order that is subsequently started.

• Job scheduled- reservation made based on a production order with the status job scheduled or a job scheduled production order that is subsequently started.

• Marked for deletion- used when scheduling has been aborted, in which case you can return to the starting point.

Work center

Identification of the work center.

Start time

The starting time can either be the expected starting time of production orders with the status Job scheduled or the starting time for available capacity. The value of reservations with the load type Operations scheduled or the reference type Planned order is 0. Therefore, for operations scheduled production orders and planned production orders that are not yet firm, you are only able to read the reservation in hours.

End time

The end time can either be the expected ending time of a production order with the status Job scheduled or the ending time for available capacity. The value of reservations with the load type Operations scheduled or the reference type Planned order is 0. Therefore, for operations scheduled production orders and planned production orders that are not yet firm, you are only able to read the reservation in hours. Consequently, the time for execution of the production is not established.

Plan

If the reservation was made based on master scheduling, then the requirement version that reserved the capacity is shown here. You can work with several scheduling versions, which allows you to compare them.

Group

Identification of the work center group.

Type

This field shows the load type. The following options exist:

• Operations scheduled- reservation made based on a production order with the status operations scheduled or an operations scheduled production order that is subsequently started.

• Job scheduled- reservation made based on a production order with the status job scheduled or a job scheduled production order that is subsequently started.

• Marked for deletion- used when scheduling has been aborted, in which case you can return to the starting point.

Load

Load shows the percentage of the maximum capacity reserved. This percentage depends on the Efficiency in percentagefield in the working-time calendar, the Efficiency percentagefield for the work center, and the Loadfield for the production route.

Property

Scheduled or reserved property.

Seconds

Seconds that are either reserved or available.

Locked

By selecting Lockedyou are no longer able to reschedule or change the reservation. This function can be used for rush jobs or other important productions that need to be finished on time. This way you ensure that the production is not rescheduled. You can lock productions in the Production table. For more information about locking productions, see Locked.

Oper. No.

Operation number in the production route that has reserved the capacity.

Job type

Job number type shows the job type that reserved the capacity. The job type is specified in the production route and is a part of the operation. The following job types exist:

• Queue before

• Setup

• Process

• Overlap

• Transport

• Queue after

Priority

Priority of operations that reserved the work center.

Prioritization is used for simultaneous operations. If you are not working with simultaneous operations, then the operation's priority is always primary. The operation can have one of the following priorities:

• Primary

• Secondary 1

• Secondary 2

• Secondary 3

• Secondary 4

• Secondary 5

Job identification

Scheduling job that reserved the capacity.

Plans

Show requirement transactions in other plans.
