Use this form to monitor the jobs in the production that you selected. These jobs are generated when you run job scheduling, which is run after operations-scheduling on productions that use the operations-scheduling function. Job scheduling is the detailed scheduling of capacity; it divides operations into their individual task times or jobs. You can use this division to increase the accuracy of the detailed schedule by monitoring the individual tasks.

Work centers are also assigned to jobs through the job scheduling process. You can increase your control over the handling of jobs by establishing maximum capacities for each work center per job order. You can also control jobs by monitoring the type of job that is carried out.
