1. Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Document templates> Report> Setup

    General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Financial reports generator> Setupto open the Field setupform.

  2. In the upper section of the form, press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

  3. In the Line typefield, select Fixed requisite.

  4. In the lower section of the form, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  5. In the Operatorfield, select the function to be applied to the calculated value.

  6. In the Line typefield, select Fixed requisite.

  7. In the Fixed requisitefield, select the requisite for the report cell.

    Note Note

    This field is activated only when you select Fixed requisitein the Line typefield.


  8. In the Periodfield, specify the period for calculating the value of the requisite.

    Note Note

    The period specified in the Functionsform is used in the calculations. If you have specified the period in the Functionsform, the Periodfield can be left blank.


  9. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
