Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview	Enter the details to calculate the deferrals write-off ratios.
General	View or modify the details to calculate the deferrals write-off ratios.

Button	Description
Print	Open the Factors for deferrals writing offform to print the factor for deferrals write-off based on the factors defined in the Factors for deferrals writing offform.
Delete	Delete the selected ratios.

Field

Description

Start date

Select the starting date for writing off the deferrals.

Note
You can only select a date between the starting and ending dates of the calculation period.

Expense code

Select the expense code.

Deferrals group

Select the deferrals group.

Ratio

Enter the write-off ratio for the selected deferrals group and the expense code.

Normalized account

The write-off sum based on the calculated ratio.

Base amount

The calculated amount for the selected period by deferrals group and expense code.

End date

The ending date for writing off deferrals.

Sequence

The calculation sequence code used as a reference.
