The Inv-19 Collation Statementform is the primary document that shows the results of inventory inspections. It is used to verify the completeness and accuracy of accounting during a full or partial inspection of the company's property or financial assets. Based on this document, the inspection committee determines whether accounting data and primary documents show the actual value of the property.

  1. Click Inventory management> Setup> Parametersto open the Inventory parametersform.

  2. Click the Number sequencetab.

  3. In the Number sequence codefield, select the number sequence code for the Collation statement.

  4. Click Inventory management> Setup> Journals> Journal names, Inventoryto open the Journal Names, Inventoryform.

  5. Select the Inventory counting journalline.

  6. On the Reportstab, click <<or <to transfer the Collation statementreport from the Available fieldgroup to the Selectedfield group.

    Note Note

    If the list of available reports is empty, click Updateto update the list of available reports.
