Overview	Set up location codes for the fixed asset and specify the cadastral cost and sales tax code for the location.
General	View or modify the location details and specify the ownership share.

Location

Enter or select the location code of the fixed asset.

Name

Enter the description for the fixed asset location.

Note
This field is available only if you open the form from Fixed assets> Setup> Tax accounts> Distribution.

Owner

Enter the name of the owner of the fixed asset.

Note
This field is available only if you open the form from Fixed assets> Common Forms> Fixed assets> Others> Distribution.

Sales tax code

Select the tax code with the type Land taxof the fixed asset.

Distribution share

Enter the owner's share of the fixed asset in a proper fraction.

Cadastral cost

Enter the cadastral cost of the ground area.

Enter the ownership share in the ground area in a proper fraction.
