You can set up account interval groups and apply their settings when you set up ledger account revenue and expense codes in the revenue and expenses directory. Accounts that are of the same type, from a tax accounting point of view, are collected into an account interval group.

Click General ledger> Setup> Expense codes> Account interval groups.

Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Interval groupfield, enter the account interval group name.

In the Descriptionfield, enter a description of the group.

In the Account (Interval: From)field, select the starting account in the account interval.

In the Account (Interval: To)field, select the ending account in the account interval.

Press CTRL+S or close the form.
