You can transfer an employee to a different division or position by creating and posting a transfer resolution. Use this form to create or update transfer resolution journal lines.

Fields

Employee

Select the employee code from the list.

Employee name

The full name of the employee.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated based on the employee code.


By staff list

This check box indicates whether the employee is transferred based on the organization chart.

Note Note

This check box is automatically activated based on the employee code.


Organization

The code of the division that the employee is transferred to, or the division code and position code if the employee is transferred by staff list.

Position

The position that the employee is transferred to.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated with the name of the employee's position if the employee is transferred by staff list


Start date

Enter the employment start date.

End date

Enter the employment end date in the event of a temporary transfer.

Log

Indicates whether there is a message to be viewed in Infolog.

Category

Select the position category for the transfer.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated with the position category if the employee is transferred by staff list.


Employment

Select the employment rate of the employee.

Salary

Enter the salary rate value of the employee.

Note Note

This field is automatically filled in if the employee is transferred by staff list.


1st raise

Enter the first raise value.

2nd raise

Enter the second raise value.

3rd raise

Enter the third raise value.

Code

Select or modify the scale of charges code for the new position.

Grade

Select or modify the grade for the new position.

Document number

Enter the number of the document that contains amendments to the employment contract.

Document date

Enter the date of the document that contains amendments to the employment contract.

Transfer type

Select the type of transfer from the following options:

  • Permanent

  • Temporary

Reason code

Select the reason code for the employee transfer.

Description

The description of the reason for transfer.

Change of salary of position

Select this check box if the transfer resolution is created to change the salary rate for the position.
