Use this form to set up a statistics statement or report, and to create columns for data.

Overview

View or modify the report or description of the statistics statement.

General

Select the parameters to print a cover page or to print a report of all employees, including lines with zero values in all columns.

Copy

Open the Copy balanceform to attach the existing report code and new report code, corresponding to the statistics statement.

Columns

Open the Columnsform to set up the number of columns to be included in the statistics statement.

Report

Enter a unique statistics statement code.

Description

Enter the full name of the statistics statement.

Cover page

Select this check box to include a cover page for the statistics statement.

Show zero lines

Select this check box to include information about all employees. This will also print a report with zero values in all column lines that are specified in the statistics statement.
