Use this form to categorize employees as executives, specialists, service staff, and workers. You can also configure parameters for the various categories in order to print a report.

The employee category code.

Parent category

The main employee category code.

Description

The employee category name.

Quantity on structures

Select this check box to include the number of staff members with air pilot experience and the number of staff members with sailor experience as specified in Form. 6, which is the Number of employed and reserved personnelreport.

Differentiation on categories

Select this check box to include the rank, category, or classes of qualification as specified in Form 6.

Up to

Enter the quantity of divisions by rank as specified in Form 6.

Category type

Select the qualification category type from the following options:

  • Rank

  • Category

  • Class
