Use this form to view the information about hours worked by an employee resulting from automatic generation of time sheets or manual creation, edit, or deletion of lines for the time sheet.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Reporting period |
Select or view the year and month of the period for which the details of the hours worked are displayed. |
Employee |
The employee ID. |
Name |
The full name of the employee. |
Calendar |
Select or view the employee calendar that is the basis for the schedule of days and hours to be calculated. |
Search name |
The search name for fast search. |
Formation date |
The creation date of the employee ID card. |
Time group |
The identification of the time group. |
Salary payment via bank |
This check box indicates whether the salary is paid to the employee through the bank. |
Employed |
The date when the employee was employed. |
Terminated |
The termination date. |
Time code |
The time code from the time sheet that was entered for the reporting period. |
Name |
The name of the time code from the time sheet list. |
Schedule Days |
The number of days for each employee schedule in the reporting period. |
Schedule hours |
The number of hours for each employee schedule in the reporting period. |
Actual days |
The actual number of days worked by the employee in the reporting period based on the time code. |
Actual times |
The actual number of hours worked by the employee in the reporting period based on the time code. |
Days |
The difference between the actual number of days worked and the scheduled number of work days for the employee in the reporting period based on a time code. |
Hours |
The difference between the actual number of hours worked and the scheduled number of work hours for the employee in the reporting period based on a time code. |
Group code |
The time group code for the employee based on which the actual and scheduled number of work days and hours are displayed. |
