You can grant an employee vacation by creating and posting a vacation resolution. Use this form to create order lines on the basis of a vacation schedule that has been created.

The unique document number.

Formation date

The vacation schedule creation date.

Number of minutes

The number of the record coordinating the vacation schedule with the trade union.

Date of minutes

The date of the record coordinating the vacation schedule with the trade union.

Employee

The employee number.

Type of vacation

The type of vacation.

Start date

The start date of the vacation.

Quantity of days

The number of days of the vacation.

Finish date

The end date of the vacation.

Employee name

The employee name.

By staff list

Indicates whether the selected employee is recruited as per staff list.

Organization

The division where the employee is listed.

Position

The employee's position.

Note Note

Category

The employee's position category.

Description

The description of the vacation type.

Duration

The days for which the vacation is granted.

Transferred date

The revised date of the vacation if the employee transfers the vacation.

Argument number

The number on the document that states the reasons for transferring the vacation.

Argument date

The date of the document argument.
