Set up the number sequences for the different resolution journals.

Employment

Select the employment registration rate.

Select the salary rate.

1st raise

Select the extra charges rate for the first raise in salary.

2nd raise

Select the extra charges rate for the second raise in salary.

3rd raise

Select the extra charges rate for the third raise in salary.

Order number control

Select the duplicate control of order number from the following options:

• Uncontrolled

• Number

• Number and type

• Number and year

• Number, type and year

( Firming staff list) Name

Select the journal name of the transfer order to finalize the staff list.

( Scales of charges) Name

Select the name of the transfer order journal created during acceptance of scale of charges.

( Rate on quantity of children) Children

Select the default rate used as a reference for the number of children.

( Rate on quantity of children) Disabled children

Select the rate code used as a reference for children of the employee who are disabled.

( Rate on quantity of children) Disabled children- students

Select the rate code used as a reference for disabled children who are students.

( Rate on quantity of children) All children

Select the rate code used as a reference for all children of the employee.

( Rate on quantity of children) Children under 1.5 years

Select the rate code used as a reference for any children under 1.5 years of age.

( Age limit) Children

Enter the age limit in years for the employee's children to be eligible for the family allowance entitlement.

( Age limit) Disabled children

Enter the age limit in years for disabled children to be eligible for the family allowance entitlement.

( Age limit) Disabled children- students

Enter the age limit for disabled children who are students to be eligible for the family allowance entitlement.

( Age limit) All children

Enter the age limit in months for parental leave allowance.

( Age limit) Children under 1.5 years

Enter the age limit in months for parental leave allowance (child age under 1.5 years).

Allow an overdraft of positions

Select this check box to allow transfer of employees to staff list positions that have no vacancies.

Allow mismatch between salary and salary range

Select this check box to allow transfer of employees whose salary does not match the salary range for the staff list.

The reference keys for which number sequences can be selected.
