This item allows you to link a field to its text prompt. When a field is linked to its prompt, the prompt will be dimmed when the field is disabled. In addition, if the field's Required property is set to true, choosing Show Required Fields from the Help menu will display the linked text with the font color and style as specified in the User Preferences window.
When you choose Link Prompt, the layout window will change to prompt linking mode, until you choose Link Prompt from the menu again. While the window is in prompt linking mode you can link fields to prompts by clicking in a field and dragging the pointer to the text you want to link the field to. A flashing black line will indicate that the link was successful.
Allows you to link a field to a lookup field (typically a button), and indicate the button will be clicked when Lookup is chosen from the Help menu. Whenever the focus is on the field you linked, the Lookup menu item will be enabled.

This menu item displays a preview of the current window layout as it will appear in the application. This is only a preview of the visual characteristics of the window; the window will not be functional. When you have finished, close the preview window to return to the layout window.
This menu item activates and inactivates the layout window grid. When the grid is active, a check mark will appear next to this item. All objects added to the layout after the grid has been activated will be aligned to the grid. Using the grid makes it easier to align objects in the layout.

This menu item allows you to control where the focus will move to when the user presses tab in a window. The default tab sequence reflects the order in which the fields were added to the window. Refer to the topic Setting the tab sequence for more information.
This menu item allows you to specify where the window will appear on the screen when it opens. When you choose this item, the Position Window window will appear. Move it to the correct opening position and click OK to save the new starting position for your window.

This menu items shows fields whose Visible property is set to false. Invisible fields are typically used to store values used by Microsoft Dynamics GP. They aren’t visible when you run the application.
