Click Service> Setup> Service agreements> Service template groups.

Create a new service template group.

Enter the group ID, description, and a parent service template group, if applicable.

Save the service template group.

Select the Tree controlcheck box to open the tree view. By selecting or clearing this check box, you can view the service template groups either as a hierarchy in a tree view or as an overview.
