Click Service> Service orders.

Select the service order where you want to create an item requirement.

Click Item taskand select the submenu item Item requirement.

In the Item nameform, press Ctrl+N to create a new record.

Enter information in the Item nameform as required. For more information about the contents of the fields, see Item requirements (form).

Click Service> Service agreements.

Select the service agreement where you want to create an item requirement.

Activate the lower pane of the form, and press CTRL+N to create a new line of the type Item.

Click the Projecttab and select the Item requirementoption in the Item setupfield.

Create your service order. For more information about automatically creating service orders based on a service agreement, see Create service orders.

Click Service> Service orders.

Select the service order based on the service agreement with an item requirement that you just created, and click Item task> Item requirementto view the item requirement or item requirements created.
