Use this form to reserve an amount or number of items for a project in one item requirement, and then consume the items when needed.

An item requirement is a reservation of items for a project from the company's own inventory.

The system will create separate deliveries on separate packing slips. You can select multiple lines for inclusion on the same packing slip.

If the number of inventory units for delivery is greater than the number that was ordered, you can set the parameter on the tab of the form.

If the number of inventory units for delivery is smaller than the number that was ordered, but you want to mark the order as fully delivered, you can set the parameter on the tab of the form.

View the date that the customer originally requested to receive the order.

View the date that the selling company should ship the order so that it arrives by the customer's requested receipt date.

View the date that the selling company confirms that the customer will receive the order.

View the date that the selling company confirms that the order will be shipped.

Select this check box to automatically calculate possible ship and receipt dates.

Select the type of delivery.

Select whether the order line is a direct delivery.

View the item lot identification number for items that are being returned.

View the amount of the returned items in a single unit pricing.

Select this check box if the return items are considered scrap.

Select the correct code for the returned items.

Enter a ledger account number.

You can record a sale directly in the sales account, regardless of any association the item group has with specific sales accounts in the posting setup for the item group.

Select this check box if the items must be tagged.

Select this check box if the cases must be tagged.

Select this check box if the pallets must be tagged.

Select the sales tax code that can be used for calculating an item.
