Click Balanced scorecard> Journals> Measurement journal .

Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Namefield, select the name that you want to use.

Note
The list contains all available measurement journal names, which control whether or not journals must be approved before they are posted, and who the approver is.

In the Descriptionfield, type a short description for the journal.
