A shipment reservation sequence consists of one or more shipment reservation combinations and is a prerequisite for creating a shipment template. To create a shipment template, you:

  1. Create a shipment reservation combination.

  2. Create a shipment reservation sequence.

  3. Create a shipment template.

Create a shipment reservation combination

  1. Click > > > .

  2. On the tab, create a new shipment reservation combination and enter a name and, optionally, a description.

  3. On the tab, create a new line.

    In the list, select the reservation method to be used.

    For more information, see Shipment reservation combinations (form).

  4. Repeat step 3 for each method you want to add to the combination.

    Use the and buttons to change the sequence once more than one method has been added.

Create a shipment reservation sequence

  1. Click > > > .

  2. On the tab, create a new shipment reservation sequence, enter a name and, optionally, enter a description and select a site.

  3. On the tab, create a new line.

    In the list, select the shipment reservation combination to be used.

  4. Repeat step 3 for each combination you want to add to the sequence.

    Use the and buttons to change the sequence once more than one combination has been added.

Use a shipment reservation sequence on a shipment template

  1. Click > > > .

  2. On the tab page, create a new shipment template and select the shipment reservation sequence in the list.

    For more information, see Shipment template (form).

The shipment template can now be used to create shipments.
