Use this form to review the status of all production jobs. Each job is shown with a unique identification number. You can see a summary of job information including the job type, the production that the job is assigned to, the work center that executes the job, scheduled start dates and end dates, and the job status, such as whether the job is or .

Fields

Description

Identify the job in a unique manner.

Displays the job type, which describes the type of work that is to be carried out. The options are:

  • - The waiting time before the operation can be started.

  • - The fixed time used for clearing a work center before the operation is started.

  • - The time used for the execution of the operation.

  • - The time that the operation is started before a previous operation is complete.

  • - The time that it takes to transfer the items to the next location. This can be the next work center, the production route or stock.

  • - The time the items must wait after the operation is finished and before the next operation can start.

Indicates which executes the job. is selected from the work center defined on the production route.

Indicates the scheduled start date for the job. This date is determined in connection with operations scheduling and jobs scheduling respectively.

Displays the scheduled start time for the job. The time is determined in connection with jobs scheduling.

Displays the scheduled end date for the job. The date is determined in connection with operations scheduling and jobs scheduling.

Specifies the scheduled ending time for the job.

Job status can contain one of the following values:

  • - displayed until the job is started.

  • - displayed until the prior job is finished.

  • - displayed when the job is not running.

  • - displayed when the job has started production.

  • - displayed when the operation or production is reported as finished. The job status can be changed to by using the job journal, route journal, or reporting-as-finished.

Indicates which production the job is attached to.

Displays the for the connected production route.

Shows the priority for the production route. Priority can be:

  • .

Shows the priority for the production route. The type can be or 1-5.

Primary job number.

Secondary job number.

Specifies the link that the job was created with. A link tells how the current job is tied to the subsequent job. The following options exist:

  • or Blank - There is no link to the next job.

  • - The job must start at the same time the next job starts.

  • - The job must end at the same time the next job ends.

  • - The job must end at the same time the next job starts.

  • - The job must start at the same time the next job ends.

Note Note

Only when the link type is Hard are the times precisely the same. When the link type is Soft, there may be a time gap between the 2 jobs. In other words, the next job can start later than the link specifies.


Examples

Examples of possible combinations of link type and link:

and - used between operations.

and - used between setup job and process job.

and - used between several work centers in the same operation.

and - used for secondary operations.

Indicates the attachment type. The field can have the following values:

  • - This indicates that the job may be placed later than what the attachment defines.

  • - This indicates that the following job must be placed as what the attachment defines. For more information, see .

Indicates which will execute the job. is selected from the work center defined on the production route.

Displays the work center property that is required for the execution of the job on this . If you leave this field blank, it indicates that the job requires no special properties of the work center.

Indicates whether records can be made to jobs through job recording.

If the current job is canceled with regard to the schedule, the field is marked. This can be set through Routing group (form), or in connection with the jobs scheduling.

If marked, the job has been locked against rescheduling. This means that the job cannot be moved when a new job scheduling or job planning is carried out. You can use locking against rescheduling especially with regard to express items, which have high requirements on fixed delivery times.

Calculated time.

Specify planned work center time in hours.

Displays the progress of the production in the form of a percentage. The field is updated every time a recording is carried out on the job. Recordings can take place when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger.

Displays the scheduled end date for the job. The date is determined in connection with operations scheduling and jobs scheduling.

Specifies the scheduled ending time for the job.

Displays the actual start date for the job. The start date is updated for the first time a recording is made on the job. Recordings can take place when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger. Recordings can also take place when a production is started or reported as finished, since the route consumption can be set up to be used automatically.

Actual end date for the job. This field is updated when the job is registered as finished. Jobs can be finished when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger.

Displays the actual for the job. This field is updated when the job is registered as finished. Jobs can be finished when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger.
