Use this form to create and manage a profile to search for a particular skill mapping. You can manually select each qualification by using the options on the button, or you retrieve qualifications from an existing profile by clicking .

To search for employees who lack a particular qualification, select the check box.

Description

Select the qualification that you want to include in the search profile.

Select the minimum level of expertise required in this qualification.

Enter a number to define the amount of experience using the skill that you want the person to have. This is usually in terms of years.

Select this check box to search for people who do not have this qualification.

Select this check box to make this qualification optional.

Select the importance of the qualification. You can use this value to calculate points for optional skills when you run skill mapping. To do so, however, you must also select the check box.
