Use this form to register indirect activities simultaneously for multiple employees for example in connection with a staff meeting.

General tab	Get information about the specific collective registration selected on the Overviewtab.

Button	Description
Start	Start the selected indirect activity on several employees.
Stop	Stop the selected collective registration and restart employee on original job.
Display employees	Overview of employees included in the collective registration.

Field	Description
Person in charge	Employee identification of the of the Microsoft Dynamics AX user logged on when the collective registration was created.
Name	Name of the employee who created the collective registration.
Activity	Select the indirect activity for the collective registration.
Time	Start time and date of the collective registration.
