Use this form to automatically create service orders based on service agreement lines.

If you open this form from and you have not selected a particular service agreement, service orders are created for the period you specify and for all service agreements that match this period.

Note Note

To create service orders automatically based on a service agreement line, a service interval must be selected in the field in the form.

Enter dates to define the period for which service orders are to be created.

Note Note

Service orders are only created for the period of the service agreement. If part of the interval that you specify in the and fields falls outside the period of the service agreement, service orders are not created for the part that falls outside the period of the service agreement.

Select this check box to generate an Infolog that displays the service orders that have been created.

Select the check boxes for the transaction types that you want to create.

The transaction types that you select generate service orders based on lines of the corresponding types in the service agreements.

Select this check box to re-create any deleted service orders before the date interval specified in the and fields.
