Use this form to select restrictions for a VAT book, such as date and numbering information.

This form is available only if the Spain country/region configuration key is selected.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
General	Enter criteria on the General tab
Batch	Prepare batch processing on the Batch tab

Buttons

Button	Description
Cancel	Closes the form without saving changes.
OK	Saves your changes and closes the form.

Fields

Field	Description
VAT book	The name of the VAT book.
Description	The description of the VAT book.
From date	The beginning date of the period to include in the VAT book.
To date	The ending date of the period to include in the VAT book.
Method of numbering	Select a method for numbering the VAT book lines. You can select Document number, Number sequence, or Manual.
Start numbering	The beginning number to be used for the VAT book lines.
Template	The template to be used for numbering the VAT book.
