Record and manage skills on the person's résumé. When you assign skills to the résumé you can indicate whether the skill is:

  • – The person currently has the skill. You can then specify the current and the date on which it was achieved.

  • – The skill is one that the employee will acquire. You can then specify the targeted and the date by which it is to be achieved.

You can record the same skills more than once, provided that the dates are different. This is useful in cases where skills are acquired in several steps.

In skill mapping, skills are one of the parameters for which you can search, for example, to match people with positions or vice versa.

You can also include skills in position descriptions and requirements.
