Use this form to create result groups for the purpose of totaling scores per result group, or to print texts associated with results after the questionnaire has been completed. A result group can only be used for one questionnaire.

Example

If you use a questionnaire for a leadership test with fifteen questions in three categories, you can create three result groups and attach one to each question. The result groups could be:

  • Creative abilities

  • Leadership abilities

  • Technical abilities

Points are then totaled in the three groups—creative, leadership, and technical abilities. The maximum number of points is calculated by adding the highest possible number of points for each answer in the group.

Enter an identification for the result group.

Enter a description of the result group.

Define the maximum number of points that can be obtained for a result group. This value is calculated adding the highest possible number of points for each answer in the group.

You can enter the value manually, or, to automatically calculate the value, click .

The identification of the questionnaire for which you are creating the result group.

If you selected in the drop-down list on the questionnaire, specify how you want to evaluate answers. Choose according to:

  • - One point for each answer marked as a correct answer in the answer group.

  • - Total number of points earned for answers.

  • - Number of points, expressed in a percentage, earned for answers in relation to the sum of the maximum number of points that can be obtained for all questions .

Define the minimum score required to pass the questionnaire.

If you selected in the drop-down list on the questionnaire, this is where you define the percentage of the questions assigned to the result group that you want to present on the questionnaire.

Select the graphical indicator to use to display the questionnaire results of the questionnaire.
