Use this form to change a production order's current status back to a previous status or to reduce the status of derived productions or to void them all together.

Note Note

You cannot reverse the status of a production order if its current status is or . Additionally, you will receive an error message if you try to reverse the status of an order to one that is a step ahead of the current status, instead of behind.

Click to select one or more productions to set back in status.

Click to put default values in the fields used to reverse the status. These values will be there the next time.

Specify the number of the production on which you want to reverse the status and the production number that is to be scheduled.

If you selected in the Production orders (form)the field is automatically filled in with the current production information.

You can select from all created productions or you can select productions by clicking . Use the local menu entry , to specify the relevant job parameters.

Specify the status you want the production order set back to. This status must be lower than the production order's current status. The selected status, in addition to being adjusted for the production order, will also set back the status of all operations in the production route.

Specify the number of the production you want to reset. In this field you can specify the production number that is to be scheduled. If you selected from Production orders (form)the field is automatically filled in.

You can select from all created productions or you can select productions by clicking . Use the local menu entry to specify the relevant job parameters.

Sets back the status of all sub-production orders associated with the current production order to the specified for the current production order.

Select this check box to clear reservations on incoming items when the status is reset to . If you do not mark the check box, the status cannot be reset to as long incoming items are reserved.

Select this check box to return any items reported as finished to inventory when the status returns to . If you do not select the check box, the status cannot be reset to as long as there are items for the production that are reported as finished.

Deletes all purchase orders derived from the main production order that have been created by using line type . The check box is only active if the is . If you leave this field blank, the derived purchases remain unchanged.

Deletes only sub-production orders derived from the main production order that have been created by using line type or . The check box is only active if the is . If you leave this field blank, the derived sub-production orders remain unchanged.
