Use this form to view all the electronic signatures issued within the current set of company accounts, including all the unauthorized attempts to make electronic signatures and also obsolete signatures.

This is a necessary part of the compliance with the regulations in 21 CFR Part 11 issued by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States.

The signature log has two time stamps. The first one is in local Client/AOS time and reflects the time stamps on the record signed by the signature. The second one is in database server time and reflects the time stamp on the database log entry that documents when the record was signed. This makes it easy to trace a signature to the correct audit trail record.

The date and time displayed in the form is the local date and time.
