Use this form to maintain alerts that you have received. In this form, you can:

  • View alerts that you have received and when they have occurred.

  • See what alerts you have already read. If you have drilled down to the form where the alert was initiated or if you have opened the tab in this form, the alert has the status Read.

  • Delete alerts.

  • Open the form where you can view, edit, or delete the alert rules that triggered an alert.

  • Drill down to the form where the event happened that triggered the alert.

Get an overview of the alerts that you have received and delete alerts that you do not need any longer.

View details on individual alerts.

Fields

Field

Description

A bell icon is displayed in this field until you have read the alert. When you move to the tab in this form, the icon disappears.

Subject

Title of the alert that is triggered by the current rule. The title is generated based on the components of the rule. However, you can change the contents when you create a rule.

Alerted for

The originator of the event. That is the form where the alert rule that triggered the current alert was set up.

Company

The name of the company in which the alert rule was created.

Alert occurred

Date and time where the alert was sent.

Message

User-defined event message.

If you have requested an e-mail alert, this check box is selected.

Description

Drill down to the form where the event happened that triggered the alert. The form is the form where the alert rule was set up.

Open the form to view or edit the rule that triggered the selected alert.

Refresh the current view.

You can change the status of your alert by clicking either or .
