A dynamic section is a one-sheet Microsoft Office Excel template section that displays data for specific objects separately. This type of section might appear one or more times, or it might never appear. A dynamic section can contain any type of requisites.

Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Document templatesto open the Document templatesform.

Click Setup, and then click Opento open the Requisites setupform. The specified Microsoft Office Excel sheet opens in the lower section of the form.

In the Sectionfield, select the section code that the dynamic requisite refers to.
Note You can select the section code on either the Overviewor Treetab.

In the left section of the form, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Requisite typefield, select Cell.

In the Requisitefield, enter the requisite code.

In the Descriptionfield, enter a description for the requisite.

Select the Dynamic sectioncheck box.
Note This requisite will not appear in the report file.

In the Data typefield, select General.

In the Output typefield, select Optional.

In the lower section of the form, select the cells that define the value for this requisite. For example, you could select cell EI58 with the value Section00005 in the Assessed Tax Declaration template.

In the left section of the form, click Select, and then click Yesto change the area for the requisite.
Note Verify that the value from the template, such as Section00005, appears in the Valuefield after the requisite cells are defined. If the value is not correctly displayed, perform the selection operation again.
If the dynamic requisite requires several ranges of cells, you can add additional ranges just as you would add a composite requisite.
