Cash posting

Enter a code for the posting profile.

Description

Enter a description of the posting profile.

Valid for

Select from the following options:

  • Table- The posting profile is defined for a single cash account.

  • All- The posting profile is common to all cash accounts.

Cash

Select a cash account code for the posting profile.

Note Note

This field will be activated only if Tableis selected in the Valid Forfield.

Ledger Account

Select a ledger account code for the posting profile.

Note Note

Depending on the selected Valid foroption, cash transactions pertaining to a particular cash account or all cash accounts will be posted to this ledger account through the posting profile.
