Use this form to add an inventory item during assembly of a fixed asset or remove an inventory item when a fixed asset is disassembled.

Warehouse

Open a menu with the following items:

  • Transactions– View inventory transactions for the selected item.

  • On-hand– View the on-hand inventory for the selected item by inventory dimensions.

  • Lot– View the details of the current item lot number.

  • Reservation– Reserve the on-hand inventory for the current item lot.

  • Dimensions display– Select the required inventory dimensions to be displayed.

Functions

Open the following menu items:

  • From purchase– Open the Requisitionform to import the required items.

  • Add to remainders– Open the Add to remindersform to specify the remaining quantity .The lines marked in the upper pane of the Componentryform are transferred to the Remaindersfield group on the lower pane.

Warehouse

Open a menu with the following items:

  • Transactions– View inventory transactions for the selected item.

  • On-hand– View the on-hand inventory for the selected item by inventory dimensions.

  • Lot– View the details of the current item lot number.

  • Dimensions display– Select the required inventory dimensions to be displayed.

Functions

Open a menu with the following item:

Calculating prices– Calculate the balance value, depreciation, and depreciated cost for each component that is written off, based on the selected price calculation method.

Date of transaction

The date of the current transaction.

Item number

Select the item number of the fixed asset item or component.

Configuration

The item configuration.

Note Note

The availability of this field and the following ten fields is based on your selection in the Inventory dimensionsform.


Size

The item size.

Color

The item color.

Site

View or modify the site where the item is located.

Warehouse

View or modify the warehouse where the item is stored.

Batch number

The batch number of the item.

Location

View or modify the location of the item in the warehouse.

Pallet ID

View or modify the pallet identification number for the item.

Note Note

The pallet ID is the serial shipping container code.


Serial number

The serial number dimension for the item.

Custom decl. ID

The customs declaration number for the item.

Initial quantity

View or modify the quantity of the item used to assemble the fixed asset.

Current quantity

The quantity of the item currently used in the fixed asset.

Cost

The cost of the component calculated based on the warehouse cost price.

Amount

The cost for the quantity of item used in the fixed asset.

FA number

The fixed asset number involved in the transaction.

Voucher

The voucher number for the transaction in the ledger.

Quantity

View or modify the quantity returned to the warehouse after assembly or disassembly of the fixed asset.

Department

Select the department that the transaction is attached to.

Cost center

Select the cost center that the transaction is attached to.

Purpose

Select the purpose that the transaction is attached to.

Original cost

The original cost of the fixed asset.

Booked cost

The balance cost of the fixed asset.

Initial amount

The original amount of the item.

Booked cost

View or modify the booked cost of the item.

Depreciation

View or modify the component depreciation amount.

Note Note

This amount is calculated based on the price calculation method chosen in the Calculating pricesform.


Market value

View or modify the component cost that is posted to the warehouse, including any discount.

Note Note

This is based on the selected prices calculation method, but can be modified if needed.


Assembling date

The transaction date of assembly of the fixed asset.

Depreciation cost

The depreciation cost of the fixed asset.

Depreciation amount

View or modify the depreciation amount of the item.

Net book value

The net book value of the fixed asset.

Cost price

Enter the item cost price used for posting.

( Market value)

Amount

View or modify the component cost that is posted to the warehouse, including any discount.
