On-line calculation |
Select this check box if the time sheet should be calculated automatically when you enter or change details. If this selection is made, time sheets are recalculated automatically, by default. |

Rate 1 |
Select the rate code to be used as reference.

Select the rate code to be used as reference.

Rate 3 |
Select the rate code to be used as reference.

Human resource manager |
Select the employee who is responsible for creating the time sheet. |

Absences from work |
Select the time group that will be used to print the T-13 time sheet, with absences included. |

Attendance time group |
Select the time group that will be used to calculate the average staff count. |

Truancy time group |
Select the time group that excludes the seniority calculation. |

vacation |
Activate the vacation time type to create list of time codes that are used to generate a time sheet. |

Sick-list |
Activate the sick-list time type to create list of time codes that are used to generate a time sheet. |

Business trip |
Activate the business trip time type to create list of time codes that are used to generate a time sheet. |

Time code |
Select a previously created time code.
