You can use either daily or summarized record-keeping methods to generate time sheets. Daily record-keeping requires entering the hours worked every day, and summarized record-keeping requires entering the total number of hours worked over the calculation period. You can use this form to create or modify the total time record for a month.

The actual accrual date for the time sheet. |

Procedure code |
The pay type amount resulting from the calculation. |

The pay type amount resulting from the calculation. |
Counter |
