Use this form to view or modify the information on the organizational chart. You can use this form to identify departments, positions, and employee categories. You can also include information about the number of staff, salaries, raises, and the monthly fund for employee wages.

Organization

The department code.

Position

Select the position title.

Category

Select the qualification category.

Description

The brief description of the qualification category name for each grade or category or class.

Quantity

The number of staff units.

Occupied

The number of occupied unit positions.

1st raise

Select or view the rate for the first raise for the position.

2nd raise

Select or view the rate for the second raise for the position.

3rd raise

Select or view the rate for the third raise for the position.

Salary

Select the salary rate for the position.

Minimum salary

The minimum value for the salary range for a position.

Maximum salary

The maximum value for the salary range for a position.

Code

The tariff scale name.

Minimum grade

The minimum grade for a charge scale for a position.

Maximum grade

The maximum grade for a charge scale for a position.
