Use this form to view off-budget fund details and calculated payments for a tax period. The off-budget fund defines the tax base from which the Consolidated Social Tax (CST) deductions are made.

Recalculation

Open a menu with the following items:

  • Recalculation of the current– Recalculate payments to off-budget funds for the selected employee for a tax period.

  • Recalculation of all– Recalculate payments to off-budget funds for all employees for a tax period.

Print

Open the menu item:

Individual card of amounts payable– Print the Individual card of amounts payablereport.

Fields

Year

Enter the tax period year.

Employee

The employee ID.

Name

The full name of the employee.

Search name

The search name of the employee.

Formation date

The creation date of the employee ID card.

Time group

The employee's time group.

Calendar

The work schedule code for the employee.

Salary payment via bank

This check box appears selected if salary is paid to the employee through the bank.

Employed

The date when the employee was hired.

Terminated

The termination date of the employee.

Fund amount

The total payments to all off-budget funds.

Current fund calculation basis

The total amount accrued to the current fund, including benefits and deductions, from the start of the year.

Total standard deductions

The total accrued standard deductions and benefits for the current fund, from the start of the year.

Payment to the fund

The total payments to the selected off-budget fund.

Calculation period

The current calculation period.

Fund code

The off-budget fund code.

Name

The name of the off-budget fund.

Basis for calculation

The tax basis for calculation of payments to off-budget funds.

Deduction code

The benefit or deduction code of the off-budget funds.

Name

The description of the benefit or deduction code.

Base total

The amount accrued to off-budget funds, excluding deductions and benefits.

Deduction amount

The deduction or benefit amount of the off-budget fund.

Tax amount

The amount accrued to off-budget funds, including deductions and benefits.
