Create a new business trip resolution journal, and view open, posted, or all journals according to the selection in the Showfield.

General

Enter or view additional posting parameters for the journal that is selected on the Overviewtab.

Location

Enter or view the business trip destination address details.

Reason

Enter or view the reason for business trip resolution creation.

Blocking

Enter or view parameters that indicate how the journal that is selected on the Overviewtab is blocked for use.

History

View or modify the business trip resolution creation history for the selected journal.

Lines

Open the Business trip resolutions linesform to create lines for the selected journal.

Validate

Check the resolution lines in the selected journal for errors and to verify that the journal lines are ready for posting.

Close

Confirm changes to the employee's staff movement on the basis of this business trip resolution, and then post the journal.

Restore (b)

Cancel changes created on the basis of this business trip resolution.

Log

View any error messages in the InfoLog.

Print (d)

Open a menu with the following items:

  • Form T-1a– Print the No. T-1areport.

  • All- View all transactions.

  • Open- View transactions that are not posted.

  • Posted- View posted transactions.

Name

Select the journal code specified in the staff administration parameters for business trip resolution journals.

Journal

The journal name.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated with a unique journal number, according to the number series assigned for resolution journals in the staff administration parameters.


Resolution date

Select or enter the resolution creation date.

Resolution number

The resolution number.

Note Note

This field is automatically populated with a unique resolution number according to the number series assigned for business trip resolutions in the staff administration parameters.


Organization

Enter the name of the organization which is the business trip destination.

Lines

The number of journal lines.

Posted

This check box is automatically selected when the journal is posted.

In use

This field is populated automatically if the journal is being used.

Description

Enter a description for the selected journal.

Street name

Enter the street name of the business trip destination address.

ZIP/postal Code

Select the ZIP/postal code.

City

Enter the city code.

County

Select the county within a state in the current country/region.

State

Select the state or region code.

Country

Select the country code.

Address

The address that is displayed automatically from the details provided.

Built-up area

Select the built-up area code from the Built-up areas directory.

Note Note

The list displays only the built-up areas that belong to the city specified in the Cityfield.


Reason

Enter the reason for the creation of the resolution.

Private

Select this check box to mark the journal as private.

Note Note

If this check box is selected, the login ID of the employee who is creating the journal is automatically populated in the Private for userfield.


Used by user

The login ID of the employee who is currently using the journal.

Private for user

Select the login ID of the employee that the journal is private to.

Locked by system

Indicates that the journal is locked.

Private for user group

Select the user group that the journal is private to.

Posted on

The date and time when the journal was posted.

Posted by

The login ID of the employee who posted the journal.

Original journal No.

The original journal number that the lines are transferred from.

Lines

The number of journal lines.
