Management Reporter uses the accounting calendar information for a legal entity or company, such as accounting year and fiscal periods, to generate a report. You can have multiple companies defined in Management Reporter. If you select the company code @ANY, the default company is used to generate reports.

Specify a company name

  1. In Report Designer, open the report definition to modify.

  2. Click the Reporttab.

  3. In the Company namefield, select the company to use for the report, or select @ANYto generate a report using the default company.

Note Note

If you are not logged on to the company, the Connect todialogue box opens. Enter a user name and password, and then click OKto log on to the company.
