When you select a detail level in a report definition, the Reporttab information does not change. However, the option that you select affects which options are available on the Print and Export screens. If you select the Account Onlyor Transaction Onlydetail level, the Financial and Account level reports cannot be printed in .xps format or in Microsoft Excel.
You can specify the following levels of detail in a report in the report definition. To print the transaction-related details for an FDcolumn, you must have a PERIODICcolumn.

In Report Designer, open the report definition to modify. Click the Reporttab.
