Use this information to set up OIOXML information for a new public sector customer account after the initial configuration is complete. For information about the configuration, see (DNK) Set up OIOXML electronic invoicing for public sector customers.

Set up customer accounts

Complete this procedure for each public sector organization for which you are required to submit invoices in electronic format (OIOXML).

This procedure assumes that the configuration key for Denmark is selected.


  1. Click > Common Forms> .

  2. Select an account.

  3. Click the tab.

  4. In the field, enter the 13-digit European Article Number that is assigned to the public sector organization.

  5. Click the tab and verify the address information for the primary address. Be sure that information is included in the , , , and fields.

  6. Click > and select the contact person that corresponds to the selected customer account.

  7. On the tab, select one of the following titles: IndkĂžbsansvarlig, Bogholder, Budgetansvarlig, or Rekvirent.

  8. Close the form.

  9. In the form, click the tab. Select a contact in the field and close the form.

Add the customer account to the endpoint constraints lists

When you add a new public sector customer account after the initial setup of OIOXML electronic invoicing is complete, you must update the list for the sales order endpoint and the project endpoint to include the new customer account.   1. Click > > > .

  2. In the form, select an endpoint that uses the SalesSalesEInvoiceService.readaction.

  3. Click the tab and add the new customer account.

  4. On the tab, select an endpoint that uses the ProdProjEInvoiceService.readaction.

  5. Click the tab and add the new customer account.
