When you set up Shop Floor Controlfollow these steps. Certain steps can be bypassed according to which Shop Floor Controlmodules the company uses.

Some tasks you may have to repeat in the process.

1. Run Product model wizardfrom Shop Floor Control> Setup> Configuration wizard .

2. Set up parameters in the Parametersform. ( Shop Floor Control> Setup> Parameters .)

3. Set up calculation parameters in the Calculation parametersform. ( Shop Floor Control> Setup> Calculation parameters ). For information about calculation parameters, see About calculation parameters.

4. Set up absence codes in the Absence groups form. ( Shop Floor Control> Setup> Absence groups ).
