1. Click > > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the field, type a unique identifier for the plan.

  4. In the field, type a description of the plan.

  5. Define the period of activity by selecting dates in the and fields.

  6. In the field, choose from:

    • - Create an action of a particular type.

    • - Create multiple actions based on an action template. Settings for the are suggested for the action's , , and fields.

  7. In the list, select either a specific action type or a specific template, depending on your selection in the field.

  8. In the field, select a reference type for the action.

  9. In the list, select the employee who will be responsible for the plan.

    Tip Tip

    On the tab, you can type text for an e-mail notification. To include the text in an e-mail from the action, on the tab, select the check box, and then in the field choose whether to send the mail to the plan's contact person, person in charge, or both.
