Fields

If this check box is selected, the transaction belongs to a
period in a closed fiscal year.
The voucher number for the related ledger transactions. The
voucher number is determined by the voucher series as it is defined
in the
form.
The posting date of the selected transaction. This is typically
the date on the invoice from the vendor.
If you are working with an open vendor transaction, you can
change the date.
The invoice number the transaction is related to.
The promissory note identifier that corresponds to the
transaction.

1for the first cycle of a bill of exchange
and
2for the first redraw action.
This field is available only if the
configuration key is selected.
The status of the promissory note:
The unique identifier for a bank remittance file.
The total amount of the transaction in the specified
currency.
The currency code for the transaction.
Descriptive text for the current transaction. The transaction
text can be inserted automatically when invoices are posted, or you
can enter it manually before updating.
The transaction amount in the company currency.
A payment, invoice, or interest note that is attached to the
transaction when it is posted. The type is determined by the
function that originated the transaction.
If this check box is selected, the transaction is a correction
of another transaction.
The posting profile that is used for the transaction.
A posting profile can be related to selected vendors (first
search criteria), groups of vendors (second search criteria), or
all vendors (third search criteria).
The date of the latest exchange rate adjustment for the
transaction.
The reason code that was selected when an invoice was
entered.
The reason description that was entered when an invoice was
entered.
If this check box is selected, the transaction has been
approved. The default value for payments comes from the payment
journal.
The identification of the user who approved the transaction.
The date of approval.
The number of the document, such as a check or promissory note,
that generated the transaction.
The document date for the transaction. Typically this is the
date of the invoice from the vendor. The due date and the cash
discount date are calculated based on the document date.
The date of 1099 reporting.

Specify the method of payment used for this transaction.
The payment specification for the current method of payment.
Payment specification codes are used in connection with
automatic payment transfers to select different levels of payment
specifications. The codes are defined by banks. They must be
included in each payment record in the payment transfer file to
inform the bank of the level of payment specification for each
payment.

If this check box is selected, the payment is a prepayment.
The payment identification.
The bank account for your company that is affected by the
selected transaction.
The bank account for the vendor that is affected by the selected
transaction.
If this check box is selected, the exchange rate is included in
triangulation.
The unrealized exchange adjustment amount of this
transaction.
The realized exchange adjustment amount of this transaction.
The amount of the exchange rate adjustment in the company
currency, if invoicing was done in a foreign currency, and if an
exchange rate adjustment was made between the time of invoicing and
the time of payment.
The settled portion of the amount in the company currency,
including any exchange rate adjustments and penny differences.
The settled portion of the transaction amount in the currency
that was used for the settlement.
The voucher number from the most recent settlement.
The vendor that is associated with the most recent settlement
voucher.
The company that is associated with the most recent settlement
voucher.
The date of the most recent settlement.
If this check box is selected, the transaction can be settled
automatically. If this check box is cleared, the transaction must
be settled manually.
The default entry is based on the posting profile for the
transaction, but you can select or clear it, if needed.
The amount that has been paid for federal 1099 purposes.

If the transaction has been settled, the date for the full
settlement is displayed. This date corresponds to the transaction
date of the final settlement. If the field is empty, the
transaction has not yet been fully settled.
For example, if a prepayment posted on January 1 is settled
against an invoice posted on February 1, the invoice date is
displayed.
