Select how to filter purchase requisitions:

  • – Purchase requisitions that you created for yourself or that were created for you.

  • – Purchase requisitions that are assigned to you to complete or approve.

  • – Purchase requisitions that you created for yourself or on behalf of another user.

  • – Purchase requisitions were created by users who report to you directly, or that require your approval.

  • – Purchase requisitions that were created by all users who report to you, either directly or through another user, or that require your approval.

Select the name of the user whose purchase requisitions you want to view.

Select the status of the purchase requisitions that you want to view.

Select to view all purchase requisitions, regardless of status.

The identification of the purchase requisition. This ID is created automatically using a number sequence.

The name of the purchase requisition.

The name of the user who requested the items in the purchase requisition.

The identification of the project that is related to the purchase requisition.

The type of purchase requisition. This is always .

The status of the purchase requisition. The status is automatically updated and indicates where the purchase requisitions are in the workflow.

Created by

The name of the user who created the purchase requisition.

The name of the user who submitted the purchase requisition to Workflow.

The date by which the items on the purchase requisition were requested.

Enter a business justification for the purchase requisition.

The site where the items will be received, if the purchase requisition is approved and a purchase order is created.

The type of purchase requisition item.

  • – An item in a product catalog that is used for purchase requisitions.

  • – A general item that is registered in the system but typically is not stocked, and often is used immediately. A non-catalog item is used in purchase requisitions when you cannot find the appropriate item in a product catalog or by searching all items.

Select an item configuration to specify an item with specific attributes.

Specify the size of the item.

Specify the color of the item.

The site where the item will be received, if the purchase requisition is approved and a purchase order is created.

The warehouse where the item will be stored, if the purchase requisition is approved and a purchase order is created.

The item batch number.

The location in the warehouse.

The unique identification for the pallet.

The item serial number.

The quantity of the item.

The unit in which an item is purchased.

The purchase price per unit. If the item is a non-catalog item, you can change the unit price.

The total line amount, including discounts.

The currency code of the vendor currency. If a vendor is not specified, the company currency is used.

The vendor account number.

Enter an additional description of the item.

Note Note

We recommend that you enter this description for non-catalog items, because these items are identified by their additional descriptions.


Specify the vendor's item number for the item.

The product group that the item is assigned to.

Enter the suggested vendor to purchase the item from.

Indicates if the item should be stocked when it is received.

If the check box is selected, the item is stocked and is included in the inventory balance.

If the check box is cleared, the item is used directly, and therefore is not included in the inventory balance.

The inventory model group for the item determines if the item is stocked. For more information, see Inventory model groups (form).

The requested receipt date for the item.

Select this check box if the item line is to be received as a whole, without partial deliveries.

Select an account number for posting in the general ledger.

The identification of the purchase order that was created from the purchase requisition line.

The status of the purchase order line.

The reference to the purchase invoice for the purchase order that was created from the purchase requisition line.

The reference to the request for quote that was created from the purchase requisition line.

Enter a business justification for the purchase requisition line.

The discount percentage per purchase requisition line.

The line discount per price unit.

The price unit, which specifies the quantity of the item that the purchase price covers.

The miscellaneous charge, which is a charge that is independent of the quantity on the purchase requisition line.

The identification of the project that is related to the selected line.

The activity identification number.

The category that the transaction is attached to.

The line property for the transaction.

The identification of the transaction.

The quantity of the item.

The purchase price per unit.

The total line amount, including discounts.

The currency in which the project is invoiced.

The project unit.

The sales price per unit, calculated in the current sales currency.

Type or select a sales tax group code from the form.

The item sales tax group code from the form.
