Use this form to specify valid combinations of item dimensions. It is often the case that not all possible combinations of item dimensions are relevant for an item, and it should only be possible to select valid combinations, for example, when creating sales and purchase orders. In this form, you specify which combinations are valid for an item and, if necessary, you specify a cost price for each individual item combination.

Click Create combinationsto automatically create all possible combinations of item dimensions. If you select the Autocreate combinations( Inventory management, Items) check box, item dimension combinations are automatically set up each time a new item dimension is created.

Buttons

Button	Description
Create combinations	Create various dimension combinations of an item in relation to Configurations, Sizes, and Colors.
On-hand	Get information about the number of items on stock for a specific item dimension.
Setup	Click Setup> External codesto create, update, or view external identifiers for an item dimension. External identifiers are used in documents exchanged using Application Integration Framework (AIF).
Forecasting	Create, update, or view Purchase, Sales, and Inventory forecastfor an item dimension.
Language - Item description	Create, update, or view multilingual descriptions of an item dimension.

Fields

Field	Description
Item number	Select an item to define a combination of dimensions for.
Configuration	Select a configuration to assign to the item.
Size	Select a size to assign to the item.
Color	Select a color to assign to the item.
Name	Type a description of the combination of item dimensions.
Auto-generated	If the check box is selected, the item dimension combination has been generated automatically.
Company item	Identify item.
Cost price	Fill in the cost price for the selected item dimension combination if the cost price differs from combination to combination for an item.
Price unit	Number of units for which the cost price applies. More help…
Price misc. charges	A miscellaneous charge is an amount that is added to the price independently of the quantity. Examples of miscellaneous charges are production costs, fees, or freight. You can make a miscellaneous charge dependent of the quantity by filling in the Price quantityfield and selecting Incl. in unit pricecheck box.
Price quantity	Quantity to be used when allocating the specified miscellaneous charges on the price per unit. Requires selection of the Incl. in unit pricecheck box.
Date of price	The date on which the price was last changed, either manually or for example in connection with a purchase or sales order update.
Incl. in unit price	If you mark this field, the miscellaneous charge will be divided by the number specified in the Price quantityfield and added to the price given in Price misc. chargesfield.
