You can use requisite code formats to create requisites in the information part of a report. Creating requisites based on table descriptions and requisite code formats is useful only when using text format reports. Requisite names in XML format reports are defined by the XSD schema and created automatically when loading the XSD schema to the template.
Table information part requisites are predefined. According to the format description, which is the rule for creating requisite codes that is stated in each format, the table part requisite code includes the following information:
-
The constant value; the prefix before items in the table part.
-
The five-digit code of the declaration section.
-
The five-digit code of the declaration line.
-
The two-digit number of the column in the declaration.
If a different rule for creating requisite codes exists in the format, you must make an appropriate record in the Formats of requisitesform. There can be any number of established rules, but only the one that is being used for the given template is listed.
