1. Click > > > .

  2. Press CTRL+N, or click Newon the toolbar to create a new line.

  3. In the text box, enter a name and in the text box, enter a description.

  4. To integrate special days into pay agreements, select the check box.

  5. In the field, enter a value to be applied instead of the calculated pay time.

Note Note

This value is used as a factor in a related pay agreement line if the pay agreement line has the check box selected, if the field is empty, and if the pay agreement line is delimited by this special day setup.

This is typically used for a specific bonus that is unrelated to the number of hours the employee has worked on the day.

  1. In the list, click any relevant selection.
