Use this form to enable online counting from Locations (form), Pallet (form), and Picking routes (form).

The field displays the quantity in the item's inventory unit. If there is a difference, enter the counted quantity in the field. Depending on the item's inventory dimension group setup and from where you open the form, you can also edit in the inventory dimensions.

Enter the Batch number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the / form, you can modify the batch number for the transfer order line.

Unique ID for the pallet (Serial Shipping Container Code).

Serial number dimension. If you select and in the upper section of the / form, you can modify the serial number for the transfer order line.

Enter the warehouse in which you will store your items.

Description

Select which inventory dimensions you want shown in the form.

Click after you have finished counting. This generates lines in a . Vouchers and lines are posted automatically, so that your on-hand inventory is always up-to-date. However, the journal itself has not yet been posted. Therefore, you can still insert new lines on the same date. This lets you combine all the counts in the same journal, which can then be posted at the end of the day. Because vouchers and lines are posted online, the only result is that the field in the journal is selected, so no more lines can be inserted.

Cancel the count by pressing the ESC key or clicking . If you select , the count is interrupted and you can start over again by reactivating .

Because this is an online count, you cannot leave the form and return later to continue the count. This is the reason that you are asked if you want to cancel the count.
