Use this form to create and manage the individual achievements needed to realize the strategy represented by perspectives in a scorecard.

For each objective, you can define the following field, tab, and button information:

  • - The objective's importance in relation to other objectives assigned to the same scorecard.

  • - The strategic viewpoint to which the objective belongs.

  • - The frequency with which you want to update an objective's value.

  • - How you want to use to measure the objective's progress.

  • - The objective's value.

Select the scorecard to which you want to relate the objective.

Enter a unique identifier for the objective.

Enter a name for the objective.

If you are creating more than one objective for a perspective, define the importance of the current objective in relation to the others.

Select the perspective whose strategic aim is be addressed by the objective.

Assign ownership of the objective by selecting the employee. By default the field displays the identification of the person who created the scorecard. You can change the at any time.

Define how often transactions can be posted to the objective by selecting a .

Date on which you can begin posting transactions to the objective.

Enter additional information related to the objective.
