Use this form to create and manage the individual achievements needed to realize the strategy represented by perspectives in a scorecard.
For each objective, you can define the following field, tab, and button information:

- The objective's importance in relation to other objectives assigned to the same scorecard.

- The strategic viewpoint to which the objective belongs.

- The frequency with which you want to update an objective's value.

- How you want to use to measure the objective's progress.
